Which bank or credit card in Malaysia requires 3D secure enrollment?

As we know HSBC is the 1st bank in Malaysia that enforces the 3D secure enrollment. All credit cards from HSBC is already 3D Secure by default. Other bank will have to comply with 3D secure before a due date given by Bank Negara Malaysia. Banks that might request for 3D security PIN during transaction online are:

Same-Day and Next Day Delivery Within Free Delivery Areas ~ Klang Valley, Malaysia  

Within Free Delivery Areas ~ Klang Valley, same day delivery is normally available from Monday to Saturday on orders received before 12:00 noon (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery days).   Otherwise, delivery will be made the next working day.

Requests for MORNING Or AFTERNOON delivery

For orders received one day in advance (excluding peak floral delivery days), we are pleased to accept requests for morning delivery or afternoon delivery. 

Peak Floral Delivery days

For peak flora delivery days like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year or Christmas Day, please order at least three days in advance to make sure that delivery is on time.

Sundays and Public Holidays

Orders must be made three days in advance for delivery on Sundays and public holidays. In the event that such delivery request are not possible, then the delivery will have to be made one day before or after the date requested.

Care: Always place flowers in cool place; unwrap hand bouquet, cut stems and put in a glass of suffucient clean water; spray flowers and wet sponge daily; handle all fruits with care, as injuries to the skin will hasten ripening and deteriorartion; store all perishable fruits in the refrigerator and do not stack too many on top of each other.
